基于XCT 的心脏支架疲劳裂纹的无损检测

摘要: 心脏支架是心脏介入手术中常用的医疗器械,在受到心脏跳动的交变应力作用下,
产生的疲劳裂纹是导致心脏支架损害的重要因素之一。X-CT 检测技术是目前医学领域中的先
进检测技术之一,本文使用X-CT 对一只带有裂纹的心脏支架扫描,获取X-CT 序列图;并对
心脏支架X-CT 序列图像预处理和三维重建,获取CT 图像三维重建后的心脏支架三维模型,
以此分辨出心脏支架上的裂纹或缺陷,研究表明X-CT 技术可以很好地检测心脏支架疲劳裂纹。

Abstract: Stents are commonly used in cardiac interventional procedures. Under the action of
alternating stress, fatigue crack is one of the important factors leading to Stents damages. X-CT
detection technology is one of the advanced detection technologies in the field of medicine. We use
XCT to scan a heart stents with crack and obtain X-ray CT sequence diagram first. Then do the stent
X-CT sequence image pre-processing and 3D reconstruction to obtain heart stent 3D visual CT
images and to distinguish cracks or defects of heart support. The study shows that X-CT can well
support heart fatigue crack detection.
