摘要: 以某重型商用车驾驶室为研究对象,针对其人机工程特性,进行了专业的人机主
观驾评,通过主观驾评来分析驾驶室人机工程特性,确定优化提升目标。运用CATIA 人机分析
工具进行优化设计分析,提出优化路径和方法,并对优化设计后的驾驶室人机工程特性进行驾
评。与优化前对比分析,驾驶室人机工程性能有了较大地改善和提高,为重型商用车驾驶室的
人机工程分析及优化设计提供了一定的经验和方法。

Abstract: Taking a heavy duty commercial vehicle cab as research objects, the ergonomic
engineering characteristics of this cab is analyzed and optimization promotion targets determined by
professional subjective drive and evaluation for ergonomics. The optimization design is analyzed by
ergonomic analysis tools in CATIA, and optimization path and method are provided. After which
ergonomic engineering characteristics of optimized cab is drove and evaluated subjectively again.
Compared with original design, the ergonomics of cab after optimizing are improved a lot. All these
analysis can provide some experience and way to ergonomic analysis and design optimization for
heavy duty commercial vehicle cab.
