摘要: 针对水工弧形闸门结构有限元分析过程中建立几何模型和有限元模型过程不清晰、方法不高效 及质量不高问题,采用通用有限元计算软件 ANSYS 中 APDL 参数化语言给出快速建立弧形闸门高质量几何模 型和有限元模型的具体思路和相应 APDL 命令。确保了几何模型的真实性、有限元模型的正确性、边界条件的 恰当性、分析结果的合理性。进而解决了弧形闸门有限元分析过程中的关键技术问题,提高了闸门设计质量; 基于参数化建模能准确快速修改闸门设计中的相关参数,提高了闸门设计效率;为同类型闸门结构高质量设计 和分析提供借鉴作用;同时为完善、丰富现行闸门设计规范奠定技术基础。

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to address the problems of unclear process, inefficient method, and low quality in establishing geometric model and finite element model of hydraulic radial gate structure in the process of finite element analysis. Using the APDL parametric language of the general finite element calculation software ANSYS, the specific process and corresponding APDL command were given for the rapid establishment of high-quality geometric model and finite element model of radial gate. This method can ensure the authenticity of geometric model, correctness of finite element model, appropriateness of boundary conditions and rationality of analysis results. As a result, the key technical problems in the process of finite element analysis of radial gate were solved, and the design quality of the gate was enhanced. Based on the parametric modeling, the relevant parameters in gate design can be accurately and rapidly modified, and the design efficiency of gate can be boosted. The proposed method can shed light on high-quality design and analysis of the same type of gate structures, and lay a technical foundation for improving and enriching the current gate design specifications.
