Abstract: The propeller automatical drawing is obtained by using the
secondary-development technology VBA of AutoCAD. The method and basic steps to achieve
drawing of propeller are introduced, especially the drawing of expanded outline, project outline
and side projection. And the computer aided design system of conventional propeller is developed
on the base of it. The system can improve the efficiency of design and find a new way to plot
marine propeller exactly and effectively.
