摘要: 船体外板水火弯板加工工艺自动化过程中需要解决火路规划布置的问题,其中火 路规划时需要定位加工火路的位置。因此提出一种适合于船体外板曲面定位的算法,使得给定 火路顶点定位信息,能够在外板曲面上定位与布置所规划火路;相应地,对于既有火路布置, 能够获取火路的定位信息。
关键词: 水火弯板, 火路规划, 曲面定位
Abstract: In the process of shipbuilding automation, it needs to arrange flame lines for line heating. When arranging flame lines, it needs to locate flame lines on plate surface. Therefore, a localization algorithm suitable for plate surface is proposed in this paper, allowing locating and arranging planed flame lines on plate surface when location information of flame lines end points is given; and it could figure out location information of settled flame lines vice versa.
