摘要: 飞机等复杂产品设计过程日趋全三维化,三维模型的准确快速创建和维护成为影响 产品设计周期的重要因素。零件快速建模方式只能针对单个零件进行快速建模,无法实现相关联 零件的快速修改及自动更新。关联设计技术的提出使得针对装配体的快速建模和快速修改成为可 能,从而进一步提高机翼设计效率。针对这种现象深入研究关联设计技术及快速建模方法的结合, 给出了结合关联设计技术的机翼盒段快速建模的具体方法,并开发机翼盒段快速建模工具对装配 体快速建模的方法进行验证。

Abstract: Aircraft and other complex product design process is becoming a full three-dimensional process. It is quite important to create and maintain model accurately and quickly, which significantly affect the product design cycle. Parts rapid modeling can effectively improve the efficiency of three-dimensional model creating, while it is limited to create a single part quickly. Associated design makes a rapid component modeling possible. Focused on these questions, this paper studies the combination of associated design and rapid modeling, presents a detailed method combining associated design techniques with wing components rapid modeling and verifies the effectiveness of the model through a rapid modeling tool based on such technique.
