摘要: 车身焊装线的设计和制造对汽车生产质量和效率具有重要影响。车线是用来标识
焊装线中关键零部件在整个车身坐标系中具体位置的坐标网格线,其是车身制造和检测的基准,
对于车身制造精度的保证具有重要意义。提出基于坐标系变换的车线绘制方法,首先,创建局
部参考坐标系,然后,通过车身坐标系和局部参考坐标系之间的变换来记录夹具及其组成零件
在车身坐标系中的转动过程,最后,通过投影变换自动完成车线的绘制和标注。相比于传统方
法,在保证准确性的同时,车线生成效率得到提高。基于该方法实现了一个车线自动创建软件
模块,并在车身焊装线设计中得到成功应用。

Abstract: The design and manufacturing of auto-body welding lines are important to production
quality and efficiency of automobiles. Carlines are grid lines parallel to the axes of an auto-body
coordinate system and used to position key components in the coordinate system. The carlines are
used as datum references for the manufacturing and inspection of auto-bodies, so that they are of
importance in guaranteeing manufacturing precision of auto-bodies. An algorithm is proposed for
carline generation based on coordinate system transformation. At first, local coordinate systems are
created. And then the revolution of jigs and their constituting parts is calculated and stored through
the transformation between the local coordinate systems and the auto-body coordinate system. Finally,
carlines are generated by projective transformation and marked automatically. In comparison to the
traditional method, it can greatly improve the efficiency of carline generation as well as ensure the
correctness of carlines. An automatic carline generation software module has been implemented and
applied in the design of auto-body welding lines.
