摘要: 参照产品数据管理中常用的物料清单技术,提出了一种适用于云制造环境的、面
向产品制造全生命周期的制造服务标准化建模框架,详细阐述了其总体结构和动态建模过程。
提出一种改进的Apriori 加权算法用以实现基本制造服务的模块化聚合,使得构建出的标准化制
造服务体系能够兼顾现实的市场需求及制造能力分布情况。最后,以典型机电产品轮式装载机
的主要部件为实例,阐述了云制造服务标准化模型的两阶段构建过程,验证了云制造服务标准
化建模方法的可行性与合理性。

Abstract: A modeling framework for the standard manufacturing services of the product in full
life-cycle is proposed in this paper, which is referring to the commonly used bill of material
technology in product data management and applicable to the cloud manufacturing environment, and
the two phases dynamic modeling process of this method is applied. The dynamic construction of the
standard manufacturing services modeling is realized based on the improved Apriori algorithm, which
can take into account the reality of market demand and manufacturing capacity distribution. Finally,
the process of the standard manufacturing services modeling is described in the main parts of a
typical mechanical and electrical products wheeled loader as an example, and the feasibility and
rationality of the method of standard manufacturing services modeling is verified.
