摘要: 图像质量无参考评价问题目前仍是计算机视觉领域最具挑战性的工作之一,红外 侦察图像由于其成像机理的制约,质量低于可见光图像,将严重制约后续图像处理的效率和其 侦察效能的发挥,因而对于图像质量的准确评价是其中的关键环节。为此,研究并提取了能够 表征红外辐射特性的轮廓、纹理和点特征,构建了基于混合特征和显著性检测的红外图像质量 评价模型,并以实拍红外侦察图像为样本,以主观评测作为度量基准,进行了相关实验验证, 结果证明该方法较经典方法能更好地评价红外侦察图像。

Abstract: No reference image quality assessment is still one of the most challenging areas in computer vision. As forming mechanism constraints, infrared reconnaissance image quality is less than visible light images. Low quality will severely hinder efficiency of subsequent image processing and surveillance, an accurate assessment of image quality is the key link. To this end, we study and extract the ability to characterize the infrared radiation characteristic contours, textures, and point features, construct infrared image quality evaluation model based on mixing characteristics and significance detecting. And we test the result by taking infrared reconnaissance image as a sample and subjective evaluation as a measure of reference. For the relevant experiments, the results show that the method is more competitive than classical method and it can be used to evaluate the quality of infrared reconnaissance images.
