摘要: :在分析国内外钣金行业计算机辅助设计状况和生产需求的基础上,开发了管类钣金件参数化设计与展开系统。该系统集构件设计与展开功能于一体,所包含的设计对象全面,设计结果准确,使用方便。介绍了系统开发中的构型策略、接口曲线求取、接口曲线向中性层曲面的映射和界面设计等关键技术。举例说明了系统的应用方法。

Abstract: A system for parameterized design and unfolding of sheet metal pipes has been developed on the basis of the analysis for the computer-aided conditions and manufacturing requirements of the sheet metal industry at home and abroad. It integrates the functions of part design and unfolding, and contains all-around design objects as well as precise design results. Some critical techniques are introduced, such as modeling tragedy, the abstraction of interface curves, the mapping of the interface curves to mid-layer curved face, and interface design. At last, the examples of application are illustrated.
