摘要: :围绕管材切割中的坡口加工问题,对定角度坡口和变角度坡口进行了分析。建立了圆管相贯线的一般模型,提出了适用于数控切割的坡口角度的计算方法,完成了仿真算法的研究。针对插入式相贯接头,利用VC++和OpenGL完成了仿真程序的编写,实现了具有变角度坡口切割轨迹的仿真。结果表明切割后的主管与支管装配准确,焊接坡口完全符合美国石油协会标准规定的要求。

Abstract: The application conditions and characteristics are analyzed to invariable and variable groove angle. According to analytic geometry and linear algebra, a general mathematical model for pipe intersections is established, and a specific algorithm to determine the groove angle for NC cutting is proposed so as to provide a reliable data source for the implementation of the simulation for intersection curve cutting. A simulation program is written by VC++ and OpenGL, and the simulation for the cutting curve with variable groove angle is implemented. The results indicate that the main pipe and the branch pipe could be assembled precisely and the welding groove exactly corresponding to the API specification.
