摘要: :利用三维设计软件Pro/E建立直齿圆柱齿轮力学模型,通过Pro/E与ANSYS的接口将模型导入到ANSYS中进行齿轮的模态分析。通过ANSYS 求解得到直齿圆柱齿轮的固有频率和对应的模态振型。模态分析的结果为齿轮的设计和改进提供了新技术并提供了参考依据。

Abstract: Mechanical model of spur gear is established through 3D design software Pro/E. The model is imported into the ANSYS by the interface for Pro/E and ANSYS. Natural frequencies and corresponding modal shape are to be solved by software ANSYS. The results of modal analysis provide a new technique and provide a reference for the design and improvement of the gear.
