对国标中圆锥滚子轴承特征画法的探讨

摘要： 国家标准《GB/T 4459.7-1998机械制图 滚动轴承表示法》中规定了圆锥滚子轴承的特征画法。通过将该画法中的矩形宽度与轴承实际宽度进行对比，发现了两个问题：对部分圆锥滚子轴承而言，遵循该画法所得到的图与标准本身所表述矛盾；另外在装配图中不能正确地表达机器的装配关系。为此提出了解决问题的建议供参考。

Abstract: In the Standard of P.R.C《GB/T 4459.7-1998 Mechanical drawings— Representation of rolling bearings》, there is a convention in characteristic drawing of cone roller bearings. By contrasting the width of the drawing to the fact, the article points out two problems: to some cone Roller Bearings, the drawing can’t express the principle of a mechanical system in the assembly drawing; and is contradictory to the words in this standard. The paper provides some suggestions to solve the problem.
