摘要： 为了高效、有序地组织“高教杯”制图竞赛，采用VB6.0 开发语言、Access
数据库、Excel 表格工具及Crystal Reports 报表工具设计开发了制图竞赛管理系统。该系统
结合Windows API 编程和Excel VBA 开发实现了包含图片信息的批量录入功能，使用Crystal
Reports 报表工具实现包含图片信息的批量输出和打印。该系统的设计和实现为其它同类需
求软件的开发提供了借鉴。

Abstract: To organize ‘Gaojiao cup’ drawing contest efficiently and orderly, a new drawing
contest management system is developed by using VB6.0 programming language, Access
database, Excel and Crystal Reports tool. The system has batch input function including image
information by using Windows API and Excel VBA, and has batch output and printing function by
using Crystal Reports tool. The design and realization of the system will provide a reference for
other similar requirements.
