双壳铝合金车体一次弯曲固有频率的计算方法

摘要: 车体结构体的固有频率是铁路车辆设计中的重要指标之一。为了在车体的
设计阶段就能保证一次弯曲固有频率在10Hz 以上,推导了车体一次弯曲固有频率的解析计
算方法,并与有限元的计算结果进行了比较并分析了两者存在误差的原因,使该计算方法为
车体设计提供一定的参考。

Abstract: Model Frequencies of carbody structure are the important parameters in the design
of rail vehicles. In order to assure the first warp model frequency that is above 10Hz during the
design phase, the formulas is derived, and FEA proceed. Then the results are compared with each
other and the reasons for the difference between them are concluded. The calculation is useful for
the design of carbody structure.
