刀具参数对加工表面粗糙度影响的研究

摘 要:通过车削加工试验和数据测量,研究了刀具参数及刀具磨损量对加工表面粗糙度的影响。应用Matlab计算得出刀具参数变化和刀具磨损量对加工表面粗糙度的定量关系,为加工时选用刀具参数及控制刀具磨损量提供理论依据。#br# 关 键 词:刀具参数;表面粗糙度;磨损量;车削

The Effects of Tool Parameters to Surface Roughness

Abstract: By turning processing experiment and data measurement, this paper makes a study about the tool parameters and tool wear on machining surface roughness. The tool parameters change and tool wear to surface roughness quantitative relationship are concluded by using of Matlab software, and it provides a theoretical basis for choosing tool parameters and controlling the amount of tool wear during the processing.#br# Key words: tool parameter; surface roughness; tool wear; hard turning
