基于Workbench 对微车后桥桥壳的轻量化研究

摘要:以某微车后桥桥壳为研究对象,建立桥壳轻量化的数学模型对后桥桥壳进行结构
分析,采用Workbench 分析软件,对桥壳模型进行了优化分析,并得出优化后桥壳的壁厚数据,
使桥壳的重量降低12%,为桥壳的结构分析和轻量化研究提供理论依据和仿真参考。

Abstract: The micro-vehicle rear axle housing is studied in this paper. The mathematical model of#br# rear axle housing for lightweight was build aiming to do the research on structural analysis. The#br# optimal solution of rear axle housing, thickness for different parts were calculated on the basis of#br# Workbench software. Thus reducing the weight of the axle housing is 12%, and a theoretical basis and#br# simulation reference is provided for axle structural analysis and lightweight research.
