摘要: 随着建筑施工动态管理日趋复杂,传统的进度管理方式已无法适应现代化建设
的需要,基于BIM 的施工进度模拟应运而生。4D 施工进度模拟以BIM 技术为工具,以某公
共建筑为工程背景,利用Navisworks 软件关联由Revit 建立的建筑、结构以及机电设备的BIM
模型和施工进度计划Project 文件,动态演示整体和局部的施工过程以及施工场地布置情况。
一方面可以直观地展示整个施工过程,实现施工过程的可视化管理。另一方面,有效实现了
4D 进度模拟与Project 文件中的数据对接,为工程管理者管理大型建设项目提供了新途径和
方法。

Abstract: With the increasing complexity of dynamic construction management, the traditional
schedule management method cannot meet the needs of modernization. The paper is aimed at linking
3D modeling of a certain public building with the construction schedule with software Project to
realize 4D construction simulation of site and facilities. The simulation results may be in two ways:
one is that construction process can be exhibited straightly and visually, the other is that the 3D
modeling date is effectively associated with software of Project file. More scientific, effective
approaches to the improvement of the construction management are provided. It is of great theoretical
significance and practical value for BIM-based technology in the field of construction simulation.
