摘要: 根据建筑行业数据共享与交换的实际需求以及IFC 标准领域层实体信息缺失的现
状,提出扩展IFC 标准领域层实体的思路,以电气专业的实体为例,详细介绍了扩展IFC 标准
领域层实体的具体方法:通过编辑IFC 标准的EXPRESS-G 视图将新实体添加入IFC 标准框架
内,利用BIM 软件得到新实体的IFC 文件,并在上海交大BIM 团队自行研发的SJTUBIM 平台
上对扩展的实体进行验证。证明了扩展IFC 实体方法的可行性。本文的扩展方法可以促进IFC
标准实现对建筑全生命周期内各种数据信息描述的完整性。随着新型设备的不断增加,IFC 实
体的扩展将会大大推动工程信息的数字化表达,促进工程信息的有效交流和转换。

Abstract: Based on the condition of deficiencies of entities in the domain layer of IFC standard and
demands of data sharing and exchanging in AEC industry, this paper proposed an idea of expanding
the entities of the domain layer of IFC standard. With a case study of entities in electric domain, this
paper elaborates a specific method of expanding entities of the domain layer of IFC standard: add the
new entity into the domain layer of IFC standard by editing the EXPRESS-G schema, obtain an IFC
file of the new entity by BIM software and test this file on SJTUBIM platform developed by the BIM
research team of SJTU. This paper proved the feasibility to expand IFC entities. The integrity of
information description in whole building life cycle can be promoted with IFC standard when
adopting this expansion method. With the development of new equipment, the expansion of IFC
entities will push forward the progress in digitizing expressing and facilitate efficiency sharing and
exchanging of project information.
