摘要: 造桥机是工程机械中的重要机械设备,鉴于其结构复杂、研制周期长、资金投入大等特点,在设计前期对其进行动态模拟有其理论和实际意义。以某移动模架造桥机为对象,在深入了解其装配关系和施工工艺的基础上,利用VRML实现了装配与施工工艺过程的动态模拟。模拟过程具有动态性、交互性、低带宽网络传输等特性。

Abstract: Bridge building machine is an important mechanic equipment. Due to its complicated structure, long product period and large investment, dynamic imitation is very important in the design. Aiming at the moving form frame bridge building machine, through studying its assembly structure and manufacturing process, a dynamical imitation system for this machine design is developed based on VRML with the characteristics of dynamic, interactive and low web brand network.
