摘要: 在开发新型多路供货机构的单动力驱动动力分配箱时,采用了圆锥齿轮。该设备对齿轮精度要求高,采用传统方法设计难以达到。因此,采用Solid Edge对齿轮进行设计、建模后直接进行数控加工,在参数和材料不变的情况下提高了齿轮的精度和承载能力。这项研究基于Solid Edge 平台与Excel 数据的有机结合。该设计方法应用在各种规格单动力驱动动力分配箱中的圆锥齿轮,并对复杂零件的精确建模有参考价值。

Abstract: Bevel gears are used in developing new type of power distribution box driven by single force. The device needs high precision gears which are hard to accomplish by traditional design. So gears designed by using Solid Edge can be directly processed by NC manufacturing after modeling and will be improved both in their precision and carrying capacity without changing parameters and materials. The research is based on the combination of Solid Edge and Excel. The method of design can be used in various bevel gears in power distribution box and also has a reference value for modeling of complicated parts.
