摘要: 介绍了基于UG的燃气轮机管路元件库系统的开发技术,具体讲述了建立元件库的要求、元件库系统的体系结构、元件库的建立方法。通过分析燃气轮机常用管路元件的形状特征,提取各类管路元件的特征参数,获取相似元件的样板模型,建立了包括八类常用管路零件的元件库系统。此管路元件库系统有很好的易用性、扩充性和维护性,为后续的计算机辅助三维管路敷设系统开发奠定了基础。

Abstract: How to build a gas turbine pipeline part library (PPL) based on UG platform is introduced, which includes the requirements of building the PPL, the structure of the PPL, and the method of developing the PPL. By analyzing the shape features of gas turbine’s common pipeline parts, feature parameters of all kinds of pipeline parts are extracted, which are classified to obtain templet models of similar parts. Finally, the PPL which contains eight kinds of pipeline parts is established. The PPL is easy to use and has good abilities of extension and maintenance
