液压万能试验机的虚拟现实仿真系统

Virtual Reality Simulation Systems of Hydraulic Universal Testing Machines

摘要: 采用CAXA、VRML (virtual reality modeling language) 和Javascript技术用于液压万能试验机,创造虚拟的试验场景,实现虚拟试验过程。利用CAXA进行三维建模并转换成wrl格式文件;利用Inline节点,创建系统的虚拟现实模型;通过时间传感器、插补器以及路由语句实现关键动画;利用Javascript技术,实现试样变形动画和力学性能仿真过程;利用触发传感器实现试验实时交互控制;利用Anchor节点,实现试样零件信息提取。给出了具体的实现方法和途径。

Abstract: In order to apply virtual reality technique onto hydraulic universal testing machine for creating a virtual experiment scene and realizing virtual testing, CAXA, VRML (virtual reality modeling language) and Javascript are applied. System's three dimensional modeling is built by CAXA and transformed to wrl form document. The virtual reality model of hydraulic universal testing machine is created by using Inline node. The essential animation is realized by using TimeSensor, Interpolator and ROUTE sentences. Sample deformation animation and sample mechanics performance simulation are realized by using Javascript technique. Interactive operation in real time is made by using TouchSensor. Specimen information extraction is realized by using anchor node.
