摘要: 依据非圆齿轮传动特性,确定啮合齿轮在非圆节曲线上的位置及传动关系式,给出了非圆齿轮三维建模设计方法。利用Visual Basic语言对三维软件Solid Edge进行二次开发,实现了三维环境下椭圆齿轮参数化设计及运动仿真,能直观的观察到齿轮副的啮合状况。系统运行效果良好,为非圆齿轮传动三维设计提供了一种方法.

Abstract: Based on the transmission characteristics of non-circular gear, the tooth location on the non-circular pitch curve and the formula of gears transmission relationship are determined. A design method of three-dimensional modeling for non-circular gear is given. Using Visual Basic language to carries on re-development of Solid edge, the parametric design and motion simulation of the ellipse gear pairs are achieved under three-dimensional environment. The gear teeth’s meshing situation can be observed visually. Systematic working effect is fine. A three-dimensional design method of non-circular gear transmission is provided.
