Abstract: Combined with the characteristics of cloud manufacturing and mass product customization, this paper proposes a model of mass product customization in cloud manufacturing environment and a matching demand transformation model. The demand transformation model covers the complete process of requirement decomposition, reorganization and redistribution. The requirements decomposition based on product tree and the manufacturing batch reorganization based on similarity clustering are described in detail. The demand redistribution non-linear programming model is provided, which can use the optimization method to achieve manufacturing demand optimization distribution. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the method, which demonstrates the effectiveness and feasibility of this method.
