Abstract: The rapid development of network technologies and hardware devices has brought a great change in reading and thinking habits of Internet users, which shows more and more feminine thinking characteristics, namely, sensibility, experience and the decentralization of the Internet. Actually, the feminine thinking of the Internet reveals the user’s needs in the aspects of visual perception, emotional interaction and multiple accesses. The innovation of web interface design is to provide users with better immersive experience and service. Therefore, grounded on the examination of the core process of user behavior, this paper explores innovative web interface design strategies and implementation methods, focusing on the phenomenon of feminine thinking in the Internet, investigating the characteristics of Internet users’ needs, and analyzing examples in relation to improvement of information appeal, promotion of user emotional resonance, and establishment of diversified and intelligent services.
