Abstract: Based on the CT scans, the three-dimensional model reconstruction of the femoral fracture site is completed and a new concept, design procedure and fixation method about femoral fracture internal fixation is proposed, which is individual fixation plate. The virtual assembly of fixation plate is conducted in Solidworks, and the finite element simulation analysis of statics is implemented in Ansys12.0. The data show that its static properties have been improved greatly compared to standard fixation steel plate. Because of high adaptability with the femur surface and joint degree which comfort the patients, this method has some practical reference significance for the bone surgery.
