Abstract: In order to reduce high-speed elevator vibration to improve its riding comfort, the virtual prototype model of high-speed elevator is set up by Solidworks and Adams. The dynamic analysis and simulation of the whole running situation of the elevator are made. The effect of the main dynamics factors to the high-speed elevator vibration received by sensitivity analysis of the high-speed elevator vibration signal is obtained. The dynamics parameters of the elevator are optimized by frequency domain analysis of vibration signal and natural frequency analysis for multi-body system. The simulation result shows various dynamic characteristics have been great improved after optimization. This simulation result provides reference for improving performance of elevator.
