摘要: 针对多管相贯线切割的需要,提出了一种三维桁架结构设计图分拆和管件数据提取方法。该方法首先将三维曲面表示的整体实体图细分成一系列基本图元,然后通过对基本图元的识别分析获得各管件的参数,并给出了相贯线切割所需要的管件各种相贯参数的计算方法。最后通过在6轴数控管切割机上的试验, 验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: Facing cutting of multi-pipe intersection curve, a method for 3D truss structure drawing separating and pipe data extracting is presented. Firstly the whole structure with 3D surface is separated into a series of basic elements. Secondly the corresponding parameters of all pipes are obtained by analyzing and calculating of elements. Computational method of pipe intersection parameters for cutting intersection curve is presented. The method is feasible and valid proved by cutting on the 6 axis CNC pipe cutting machine.
