摘要: 智能故障诊断技术是一种新的故障分析方法,它更为注重从系统整体结构 来考虑故障发生的原因以及故障之间的传导关系。基于结构及行为的诊断是智能诊断发展的 一个新突破,是一种基于模型的诊断(MBD, Model-Based Diagnosis)。深入研究了模型建立、 诊断产生和诊断测试的方法,实现了一个可以应用到生产实际的诊断系统,并应用于柴油发 动机进气系统的故障诊断中。
关键词: 故障诊断, 故障定位, 结构及行为的诊断, Rodelica 语言, 进气系统
Abstract: Intelligent Technique of Fault Diagnosis is a new fault analysis, which pays more attention to doing research on the overall structure of the system and transmission relationship between the different faults. Structure and behavior-based diagnosis is a thought breakthrough in the intelligent diagnosis. It is a kind of model-based diagnosis. Modeling, diagnostic generation and diagnostic tests are studied in depth and a diagnostic system which can be applied to the actual production system is brought out. Then it is applied to the fault diagnosis of the intake system of diesel engine.
