摘要: 在分析有限元建模技术的研究现状及其不足的基础上,针对机械装备金属
结构所具有的体积庞大、结构复杂的特点,为了快速、准确地建立其有限元模型,构建了其
有限元建模策略的体系结构,提出了在其有限元建模过程中所应遵循的八条策略,分别是全
局规划、等效合成、实时校核、等效替换、酌情弱化、合理简化、关键细化和巧用干涉,并
以铸造起重机为分析对象,对以上建模策略进行了举例说明,验证了其有效性和实用性。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of research status and limitation of finite element modeling
technology, in view of the characteristics of mechanical equipment’s metal structure, such as large
volume, complex structure, in order to establish the finite element model quickly and accurately,
the framework of finite element modeling strategy is established, and eight strategies which
should be followed in the finite element modeling process is put forward. The eight strategies
mentioned above include global planning, equivalent synthesis, real time check-up, equivalent
substitution, discretionary weakening, reasonable simplification, key refinement and skilful use of
interference. In addition, taking ladle crane as an analysis object, the above modeling strategy is
illustrated and the effectiveness and applicability of them are validated.
