Model Construction and Simulation of Loader Steering System Based on Power Bond Graph

摘要: 为了使装载机转向系统的设计能够保证在作业或行驶时的机动性、安全性
和敏捷性,一般要对该系统进行虚拟仿真设计。首先分析小型多功能装载机液压转向系统工
作特性,包括系统组成,转向工作原理,及系统模型简化;然后以键合图理论为建模工具,
根据能量和信息流动与转换过程的不同,将转向系统各组成元件抽象为键合图元,建立了液
压转向系统的功率键合图;接着推导了液压转向系统工作过程的状态方程;最后,在
MWORKS 软件环境中建立了液压转向系统功仿真模型,并对转向过程进行了仿真测试。为
小型多功能装载机转向系统设计制提供了一套完整的理论与方法,对装载机转向系统的设计
具有着重要的理论和工程应用价值。

Abstract: To satisfy the motility, agility and security of the loader in making truing in
limited domain through the design of its steering system, the common way is through virtual
simulation design. The working characteristic of the loader steering system is firstly analyzed,
including system structure, working principle and system simplify model. Then, the power bond
graph of the steering hydraulic system is constructed through bond graph tool according to energy
and information transformation. Also, the equation of state is deduced by the power bond graph. A
hydraulic steering system simulation model is constructed in MWORKS software, and simulated
steering working process. The completed theory and method of little type multifunctional loader
are offered. It is not only significant in theory, but also very valuable in practice.
