摘要: 利用MATLAB软件遗传算法工具箱“预优化”,优化工具箱 “最终优化”,开发了基准符合最小条件法、最小二乘法、三远点法和对角线法的面对面倾斜度误差的计算机数据处理系统,系统直接显示误差值,并直观形象地图示出误差,实现测量数据的可视化。通过算例,证明此系统的可靠性。

Abstract: In this paper, the date processing method is presented for evaluating angularity error for a flat to a datum flat in arbitrary position of three-dimensional space based on optimization toolbox and genetic algorithms toolbox of MATLAB. A computer data processing program of optimization of angularity errors for plat to datum flat is developed based on the reference satisfying with the smallest condition, the least squares method, the three distant prospects, and the diagonal lines. The erroneous value is directly given, and the angularity error is shown with diagrammatic view. The testing results show that the algorithm is reliable.
