运梁车液压悬挂均载结构的APDL 建模方法

APDL Modeling Method for Hydraulic Load Balancing Suspension of Transporting Girder Vehicle

摘要: 运梁车为桥梁施工重载运输设备,其走行系统由数十个轮胎组件组成,并通过液
压悬挂均载结构与车架相连。在对运梁车进行结构有限元分析时,如何模拟液压悬挂均载结构
的真实受力情况是建模的关键问题之一。为了解决此问题,文中在有限元建模时增加了多级均
载梁结构,设定了合理约束,将多支点的运梁车结构建立为静定结构,保证了模型受力情况与
实际情况完全相同。基于ANSYS 软件的APDL 语言建立了运梁车的有限元模型,详细介绍了
建立均载梁结构模型的过程,完成了仿真计算,验证了该方法的可行性及正确性。

Abstract: Transporting girder vehicle is a heavy-duty transport equipment for bridge construction.
Its running system consists of dozens of tire components connected with the frame of transporting
girder vehicle by hydraulic load balancing suspension. In finite element analysis of the transporting
girder vehicle, it is a key problem to simulate the real force condition of the hydraulic load
balancing suspension. In order to solve this problem, a finite element model of transporting girder
which have multilayer balancing beams and proper boundary conditions is built. The model is a
static structure ensuring that the force situations are strict in accord with actual conditions although
it has multiple point of support. Based on the APDL language of ANSYS software, the finite
element model of transport girder vehicle is established, and the process of establishing the
multilayer balancing beams model is introduced in detail. The simulation results prove the
feasibility and validity of the method.
