摘要: BIM 技术已逐渐成为国内外建设领域发展的热点方向,国际上有多种支持BIM 技
术的三维信息化软件,但不同软件采用不同的数据格式,导致建设项目信息不能在软件之间有效
地共享与交换,信息的不准确、不互通造成了巨大的损失。因此,迫切需要规范并统一工程项目
的数据标准。IFC 标准是国际上得到广泛认可的BIM 数据标准,通过对IFC 标准的研究,提出BIM
构件库的建设方案,并研究得到BIM 构件库中构件新增、修改、删除的方法。最后,通过实例验
证基于IFC 标准的BIM 构件库建设方案的可行性,为规范并统一BIM 软件数据标准提供参考。

Abstract: BIM technology has become one of the most popular fields in AEC industry, and various
kinds of 3D software have been developed to support the design with BIM technology. However, due
to the differences in data formats, the inefficiency in information sharing and exchange has occurred,
and further may cause serious economic losses. Therefore, it is necessary to standardize and unify the
data formats in BIM technology. The IFC standard is widely recognized as international standard for
the BIM data. By researching on the IFC standard, the design scheme of the BIM component library
and the methods for adding, modifying and deleting BIM components are proposed. Finally, a case
study was introduced to demonstrate the design scheme’s feasibility of BIM component library based
on IFC standard, which can provide a reference for the standardization and unification of data
standards for BIM software.
