Abstract: Using numerical simulation, the models of high-speed projectile penetration of concrete target board with sensors in different positions are built and then imported in HyperMesh to get the finite element models. The time-domain signals of sensors at three different locations are acquired by LS-DYNA. Comparison is made among these signals by the method of frequency-domain analysis. And it turns out that different installation locations in the projectile test device have different influences on the frequency constitute of the overload signals. Conclusions have been made that when the sensor posits in the back of test device, penetration deceleration on rigid-body is clearer and high frequencies is smaller.
