Abstract: In order to establish the human-cored conflict resolution methods in collaborative design，extracting the minimal conflict set is effective method for designer. Based on the analysis of the minimal conflict sets’ features and the intersecting-side algorithm, a method for extracting the minimal conflict set is presented. The example shows that the minimal conflict set can solve constraint conflict effectively under the designer participation.
