Abstract: Due to axisymmetric aspheric surface elements’ their excellent optical
performance , axisymmetric aspheric surface elements therye are occupyingpossessing more and
moreincreasingly bigger utilization proportion in modern optical system. The high processing
quality and machining precision make greater challenges for optical components manufacturing.
This paper aims at diamond wheel machining requirement of axisymmetric aspheric surface
machining system, proposes a reasonable theory scheme, provides an appropriate geometrical
model, and verifyies the reliability of scheme through dynamic simulation, provides reliable
parameters for popular processing process.
