Static Structure Analysis of Chassis of Intelligent Battery Switchable Cars Based on ANSYS

Abstract: Based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench and the structural static analysis theory, the chassis of intelligent battery switchable cars, which is the key equipment of the battery quick change system for passenger car, is analyzed. Through the analysis of static structure, including the process of model simplification, import, meshing, loading and constraint, the equivalent stress and total deformation for different type joist steel are presented, and the structure optimized is analyzed and proved, providing reference for whole system development and optimization and pushing the rapid development of the passenger car battery quick change system key equipment matched with electric vehicle industry.#br# Key words: ANSYS; Chassis; static structure analysis; electric car
