    Visualization Fault Diagnosis Method Based on Textural Features of Recurrence Plots

    Aiming at the difficulty of extracting the characteristic of vibration signal of internal
    combustion engine, internal combustion engine fault diagnosis problem is transformed into image
    recognition problem. A novel internal combustion engine visualization fault diagnosis method
    based on recurrence plots (RP) and improved local binary pattern (ILBP) is proposed. To
    characterize the internal combustion engine signal in different fault states, RP analysis method is
    used in the processing of the cylinder head vibration signal. Then the ILBPcoding method is used to
    extract the texture characteristics of internal combustion engine RP images. The ILBP coding gray
    orthogonal sequence of RP is used as characteristic parameters, and the support vector machine
    (SVM) is used to recognize the fault pattern recognition. Through the analysis of four different
    status of IC engine valve fault signal, a high fault recognition rate is arrived, which shows that this
    method has strong ability of fault feature description, which can be used for accurate diagnosis of
    IC engine valve fault.

    Digital Watermark Algorithm for Digital Videos Based on Eenergy Difference Method

    With the development and popularization of the Internet, the protection the copyright of
    digital media contents, especially the digital videos contents became a crucial research direction. In
    order to improve the robustness of the watermark, this research proposed an energy difference method
    to embed the digital watermark information into the video frames through DCT transformation of the
    video frame information. The videos embedding the watermark can be released as MP4, AVI, and
    WMV formats, and the analyzation of bit error rate and peak signal to noise ratio of the digital videos
    showed that this algorithm can resist digital image processing, including strong compression and
    various filtering. This study provides a new method for the copyright protection of digital videos.

    The dynamic load transfer characteristics of two typical threaded connections under low
    speed impact are studied. Impact test of MIPS (muti-directional impact protection system) was
    completed to obtain impact and response signal of the system. The signal was analyzed in time
    domain and power spectrum analysis by MATLAB. The result shows that the damping effect of the
    structure A is larger than that of the structure B, and has a certain damping effect on the impact system.
    The resonance frequency of the structure B is obvious, and the resonance amplitude is high. It is not
    applicable to the impact structure. This difference has a guiding significance for the design of the
    connection structure. The functions of the signal transfer of the two structures were identified by the
    MATLAB function recognition tool. The transfer functions were optimized by appropriately
    increasing the number of zero/poles. The optimized functions were tested by experimental data,
    which showed that the optimization method can effectively improve the system fitness. The
    optimization method is of guiding significance for the design of other structural control systems.

    Study on Local Size in Functional Tolerancing and Its Alternative Annotation

    In order to make better use of the definition local size for the design of mechanical
    tolerance under current tolerance standards. The concepts of local size in ASME Y14.5 and ISO/GPS
    were introduced. The differences in the use of local size in ASME Y14.5 and ISO/GPS were analyzed
    with the application of local size in an automatic feeding mechanism. The two tolerance standards
    differ in setting the local size, using tolerance principle and adding symbols to realize geometrical
    functions. Then, the geometrical specifications of the motor shaft were analyzed when using
    two-point measurement methods can’t detect the local size. The geometric tolerances items were used
    to replace the dimensioning of sector-cylinder to avoid the detection of local size. It is of positive
    significance to correctly understand the concept of the local size, relevant symbols and its detection
    characteristics, and to avoid ambiguous dimensioning, which can guarantee the functionality and
    assemblability of parts, and can improve the economy.

    Simulation of Fatigue Life of a V Diesel Engine Crankshaft

    In order to make the life prediction of the crankshaft strength and fatigue life when the
    maximum explosion pressure of a V diesel engine change from 15.5 MPa to 16.5 MPa. First we
    establish the dynamics model of engine in the ADAMS/engine based on engine model and parameters,
    and obtain the load time history data of the crank pin point, then we establish four cylinder ignition
    conditions finite element model of the first cylinder and the second cylinder when the maximum
    explosion pressure change from 15.5 MPa to 16.5 MPa. Then we calculate and get the each working
    condition fatigue life of the crankshaft according to the stress of all working conditions, the material
    s-n curve and the load time history curve. Calculation results show that the crankshaft maximum
    stress is less than the material fatigue limit in various operating conditions, and the stress
    concentration place mainly happens in the transition fillet of the connecting rod and journal, and the
    crankshaft life is over 1 000 hours in various working conditions.

    Research on Parametric Modeling Method of Stranded Wire Helical Torsion Spring

    Stranded wire helical torsion spring is widely used in automatic weapons, there is still no
    standard parametric modeling method. According to the geometrical forming principle of stranded
    wire helical torsion spring, the functional relationship between the primary helix and the two helix is
    analyzed, and the three - dimensional parametric modeling method of torsion spring is studied. In the
    UG NX, using the dynamic expression modeling method, adopting “sweep”, “sketch” etc, a
    parametric template for two - column three - strand helical torsion spring is established. Parametric
    modeling is based on 81 and 56 7.62 mm rifle torsion spring parameters, and the feasibility of
    parametric modeling is verified. In the process of stranded wire helical torsion spring modeling, the
    standard naming is used to provide reference for all kinds of complex spring parametric modeling,
    and promote the three - dimensional parameterization process of complex model.

    Hybrid Level Set Image Segmentation Model Based on Variable Weights

    In this paper, a new algorithm of image segmentation based on the combination of the local
    region and global region was proposed to solve the dependence of the initial contour on localizing
    region-based active contour (LRAC) model. The algorithm combine the characteristics of Chan-Vese
    model and LRAC model. When constructing the level set function, the variable weight parameters
    were defined to combine the local and global energy functional terms of the level set function. Further,
    the weight parameters were defined by image gradient and the mean of the inner and outer pixels at
    the local image. In addition, the narrow band method was used in the evolution of the level-set
    function to reduce the complexity of computation time. Experimental results show that our model has
    the advantages of both CV model and LRAC model. Compared with LRAC model, the method we
    proposed relies much less on the initial contour and has a better convergence rate. While compared
    with CV model, the precision of our model is higher in the effect of target edge segmentation.

    Image Encryption Based on Chaotic Map and DNA Sequence Operations

    In this paper, a novel scheme for image encryption scheme is proposed, which is based on
    2D-SIMM chaotic map and DNA sequence operations. 2D-SIMM chaotic map could generate larger
    chaotic ranges and better chaotic behaviors. The generated sequences are more suitable for image
    encryption. Extended Hamming distance is adopted and improved expanded XOR operation is
    proposed in this paper. DNA addition and subtraction rules are performed. Then the algorithm based
    on DNA complementary rule is presented. The experiments display that the proposed algorithm is
    available in security, availability and robustness.

    License Plate Location Algorithm Based on Adaptive Mathematical Morphology

    The basic process of vehicle license plate location includes pretreatment, the rough
    location and the accurately location of license plate. In the step of the rough location, the traditional
    license plate locating algorithm based on mathematical morphology, and the key to its success is the
    selection of the structural element. Generally, we use the same structural elements to determine the
    location of license plate. But there are some faults. An algorithm based on adaptive row and columns
    structure element of mathematical morphology is proposed. Under natural conditions, the location of
    license plate in vehicle image may be effected by the brightness or darkness. Based on this, the
    adaptive contrast enhancement algorithm is proposed in this paper which is applied in the image
    pretreatment stage. The results show that the algorithm is effective. In the step of precise positioning,
    this paper used method of region-labeling and the method of projection to locate the license plate
    accurately. We collect more than six hundred images in different time or place and experiment results
    show that the method is effective.

    Automated Pipe Defect Detection and Classification

    In the fields of industry, nuclear facilities, oil and gas, pipe is commonly used as the means of
    material delivery. And it is easy to appear various defects. The traditional manual detection system has
    the disadvantages of low accuracy, low efficiency and high cost. The digital image processing
    technology can automatically detect and classify the pipe image, thus effectively overcoming the above
    shortcomings. First, image enhancement, image segmentation, mathematical morphology and boundary
    tracking are used for image preprocessing. Then, after extracting the size, shape and texture features of
    the defective area, we choose the circularity, convexity, eccentricity, entropy, correlation and cluster
    tendency as the feature vector. Finally, K-means clustering analysis based on particle swarm
    optimization and statistical pattern recognition classifier is used for classification. Using the image
    preprocessing algorithm in this paper, we can successfully extract the pipe defects and achieve the
    purpose of automated pipe defect detection. K-means clustering analysis based on particle swarm
    optimization successfully clusters the pipe defect images into three categories which are crack defects,
    pipe joint defects and hole corrosion respectively. Compared with the traditional K-means algorithm, K-means clustering analysis based on particle swarm optimization can increase clustering accuracy by 9%,
    16.7% and 12.5% respectively. The clustering analysis based on particle swarm optimization and the
    statistical pattern recognition classifier is used to classify the pipe defects. The classification accuracy of
    the three types of defects is more than 80%. The accuracy of pipe joint defects and hole corrosion is more
    than 90%. In summary, an integrated algorithm scheme for automated pipe defect detection and
    classification based on digital image processing technology is proposed. The experiments show that the
    algorithm scheme has the characteristics of high degree of automation, high versatility and accuracy.

    Model Reuse Oriented Simulation Cloud Service Platform Design and Implementation

    In order to solve the problems of low reuse of simulation resources and low efficiency of
    simulation, a simulation cloud service platform (SCSP) for model reuse is developed. For the
    requirement analysis in the simulation process, the platform uses hierarchical B/S architecture,
    including interface layer, application layer, support layer, platform layer and data layer. Aiming at
    simulation model reuse, functions such as simulation file parsing, model management and
    experimental design are realized. Based on the SaaS cloud service architecture, simulation remote
    running and monitoring are realized. The platform supports the models developed by a variety of
    commercial simulation software and programming languages. Finally, through the example of the
    planar simulation model, the support effect of the platform on simulation jobs is demonstrated.

    Research on Form of Wall Set Charging Pile Base on BP Neural Network

    By analyzing the sentimental images and elements of form of wall set charging pile, a BP
    neural network design model is established between them. Use the method of Likert scale to evaluate
    the form samples and sentimental words of wall set charging pile, calculate the matrix of sentimental
    evaluation. Then encode the elements of form and input them into the BP neural network as input
    parameters, normalize the data of matrix of sentimental evaluation as the output parameters. Finally
    train and test the BP neural network of wall set charging pile by Matlab and establish the mapping
    relation between elements of form and sentimental images. The BP neural network model of wall set
    charging pile was obtained. The accuracy of BP neural network model is measured by the function of
    mean square error. The results show that the BP neural network model between the sentimental
    images and the elements of form of the wall set charging pile is feasible.

    Aiming at the problem of subjective perceptual bias in the process of product design, this
    paper presents a user cognitive model and quantification model for product modeling style. Firstly,
    the Significance analysis of the feature elements in the product modeling style is analyzed, and the
    user cognitive model of the convergence of the characteristic elements to the linear contours is
    explored in combination with the concept of “style curve” and the characteristic line. Then, based on
    the feature integration, general cognitive model, that is, with the continuous deepening of user
    awareness, product modeling style in the user’s mind will gradually converge to the product
    characteristics of the linear contours. Finally, a quantitative model of linear contours of feature
    elements is proposed based on the concept of MATLAB correlation coefficient, which provides
    objective and rational decision-making basis for design activities. In this paper, the eye movement
    tracking experiment of CRH380 series of high speed train in China is carried out to verify the
    feasibility of the theoretical model.

    Industrial Design plays a key role in the innovation-driven development of “Made in China
    2025”. Based on the bibliometrics method, this paper analyzes 1 484 articles included in Web of
    ScienceTM with the theme of industrial design, by using science and technology text mining and
    visualization software CiteSpace. Visualization maps for information such as organizations engaged
    in industrial design research, research field and research hotpot are analyzed from four aspects: the
    number of published papers, the cooperative network of scientific research institutions, the related
    research fields and the key words. The results of analysis will provide a helpful reference for
    domestic industrial design education, industrial design research and development.

    Innovative Tiller Design Based on the TRIZ Demand Revolution Law

    Under the guidance of the TRIZ basic theories and methods, this study proposes an
    innovative design method of tillers based on the original innovation process model of the demand
    revolution law. A product of the same kind is first selected as the prototype of the development
    process in the future and then new user demands are determined using the five-step method. In
    combination with research methods, namely literatures, surveys, and voice of customers (VOC), etc.
    establish user demand expression. Then a functional model of tillers is established based on the
    original machine system analysis and tiller PDS, a design concept is concluded using the traditional
    methods and CAI software, and finally products are developed. This can effectively improve the
    modeling design, functional design, and mechanism design of tillers, so as to make the tiller design
    process more scientific and systematic.

    PET/CT Image Pixel-Level Fusion Algorithm Based on NSCT and Compressed Sensing

    There are four construction methods of fusion rules in Piella framework, according to the
    first method, a pixel-level fusion algorithm of PET/CT based on non-subsampled contourlet transform
    (NSCT) and compressed sensing is proposed. Firstly, NSCT is used to decompose the registered PET
    and CT image. Secondly, in order to highlight the focal region of the low frequency image, the low
    frequency components are fused by pulse coupled neural network (PCNN) which more high
    sensitivity to the characteristics and regions. Thirdly, in high frequency, the Gauss random matrix is used
    for compression measurement, in sub-block of high frequency, histogram distance is utilized in match measure, the regional energy is regarded as the activity measure. The fusion factor ‘d’ is calculated by
    adaptive decision model using matching measure and activity measure. According to the fusion factor, the
    high frequency measurement values are fused, and the high frequency fusion image are reconstructed by
    using the orthogonal matching pursuit algorithm. Fourthly, the final fusing images are acquired through
    the NSCT inverse transformation of low frequency fusion image and high frequency fusion image. Finally,
    three experiments are done, comparison experiment with other image fusion algorithms, comparison with
    different activity measures and different matching measures. The experimental results shown that the
    algorithm can retain and show the edge and texture information of focus better. And the algorithm are
    superior to other fusion algorithms from subjective and objective evaluation.

    Aiming at the information integration of local block in the current stage of project
    management and business process separates, cooperative project management problems such as
    weakening the positive effect, taking a large public construction project in Tianjin as an example, the
    information value chain theory is applied to process reengineering. The new process of scheduling
    cost is divided into three parts: information input factor, information process factor and information
    output factor in the BIM context. Then taking participants into the same process reengineering value
    chain and integrating the information transmission link of various stages between all participants to
    make up for the shortcomings of traditional business processes, to improve the efficiency of workflow
    transformation and to save transaction cost.

    can effectively improve the technology bid, and becomes one of the effective means to improve the
    success rate. According to code for construction organization plan of building engineering, in this
    paper, we comb the BIM application in the engineering situation, construction arrangement, schedule,
    construction preparation, construction scheme and construction site layout plan, put forward the
    technical bid level of architecture, structure, enclosure, etc. eight types of modeling development.
    Based on the actual bidding case, this paper analyzed the characteristics of BIM modeling and
    decomposition of the model breakdown structure, then summarize bidding implementation strategies
    from organization, process model aspects.

    With the full implementation of the “Belt and Road” strategy, there are more and more
    international students enrolling in engineering colleges and universities in China. Engineering
    drawing is a very important course for the engineering specialty. In this paper, based on the teaching
    practice of engineering drawing for civil international students, the experiential teaching mode is
    proposed. This mode is student-centered and focuses on creating of situation and practicing. This
    mode can spur the student to fuse personal experience and practice with self-examination and
    internalization. Motivation, construction of mode, implementation method and the teaching effect of
    this mode are discussed. It shows that this experiential teaching mode can attract the student and
    improve the teaching effect.

    Transporting girder vehicle is a heavy-duty transport equipment for bridge construction.
    Its running system consists of dozens of tire components connected with the frame of transporting
    girder vehicle by hydraulic load balancing suspension. In finite element analysis of the transporting
    girder vehicle, it is a key problem to simulate the real force condition of the hydraulic load
    balancing suspension. In order to solve this problem, a finite element model of transporting girder
    which have multilayer balancing beams and proper boundary conditions is built. The model is a
    static structure ensuring that the force situations are strict in accord with actual conditions although
