摘要: 通识教育既是大学教育的一种理念,也是人才培养的一种模式。工程技能通识训练
课程作为全校性的通识教育课程,是培养学生工程意识、提升学生工程素质的重要途径。以华南
农业大学工程技能通识课程的教学改革与实践为例,通过分析课程教学目标、内容体系、教学模
式以及教学条件等教学要素中存在的问题,基于21 世纪农业类院校人才培养要求、对各教学要
素提出了一些改革的方向和举措,总结了改革后教学模式在实践中的应用效果和成绩,建立一种
适合农业类院校的、具有时代特色的工程技能通识训练教学模式。

Abstract: General education is not only a concept of university education, but also a model of talent
cultivation. As a university-wide general education course, engineering skills training is an important
way to cultivate students’ engineering awareness and improve students’ engineering quality. Based on
the teaching reform and practice of engineering skills training in South China Agricultural University,
this paper focused on the teaching of engineering skills training in agricultural colleges. By analyzing
the problems existed in teaching elements of this course, such as teaching goal, teaching content,
teaching mode and teaching conditions, some reform directions and measures were put forward on the
basis of the requirement of talents training in agricultural colleges in twenty-first century. Besides, the
effect and achievements of the new teaching method were summarized, for the purpose of
establishing a kind of teaching mode of engineering skill general training which is suitable for the
agricultural colleges, and has the characteristics of the times.
