摘要: :针对传统的机械制图教学模式中存在的不足,以培养高技能人才为目标,立足于 对机械制图课程教学的改革。围绕行为导向教学模式,重新组织、整合教学内容,并对教学方 法和考核方式进行改革,以突出工程实际意识。通过一系列的课题任务驱动及技能训练,增强 学生职业技能和创业能力。改革结果表明:教材、课题指导书起到了很好的导向作用,实训场 景是技能训练保证,课题制作适应职业岗位群的能力提高,行为导向有利于创新思维、高技能 人才培养。

Abstract: Based on the lacking of traditional teaching models of mechanical drawing, some reforms were proposed in order to train high-skilled talents. Around teaching models of behavior guiding, some contents have been reorganized, some teaching methods and some testing methods have been reformed to highlight engineering practice consciousness. The students’ vocational skills and ability of entrepreneurship have been improved through a series of task derivations and skill training. It is proved that the reform was effective: the teaching materials are useful for guidance, the training areas are the guarantee of skills-training, the projects can increase vocational ability, behavior guiding is propitious to improve innovative ability and train high-skilled talents.
