Research on the Industrial Design Reform for NCP-400L CNC Lathe

Abstract: A lot of electromechanical products in China have been close to the world#br# advanced level in technology, but insufficient attention is given to industrial design, which directly#br# affects the competitiveness of our products on the market at home and abroad. Through design and#br# practice of the NCP-400L CNC lathe industrial design improvement, the article discusses#br# the method of industrial design in the premise of maintaining the basic structure of the product#br# and the original processing equipment unchanged. 摘要： 我国很多机电产品在技术上已接近世界先进水平，但对于工业设计的重
视不够，直接影响了我国产品在国内外市场上的竞争力。通过NCP-400L 数控车床工业设计
改进的设计实践，探讨了如何在保持产品基本结构和原有工艺装备不变的前提下进行工业设
计改进的方法。运用形态比例调整、色彩表现和人机交互设计等手段，实现产品的视觉形象
与内在质量的和谐统一。

Abstract: A lot of electromechanical products in China have been close to the world
advanced level in technology, but insufficient attention is given to industrial design, which directly
affects the competitiveness of our products on the market at home and abroad. Through design and
practice of the NCP-400L CNC lathe industrial design improvement, the article discusses
the method of industrial design in the premise of maintaining the basic structure of the product
and the original processing equipment unchanged. By adjusting the proportion of form, color and
human-computer interaction design means, the harmonization between visual image and the
inherent quality of the products is realized.
